At Divine Detailing, we aim to provide exceptional service while maintaining transparency and fairness. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • E-Transfer (Sent to payment@divinedetailing.ca)

  • Debit/Credit

  • Pay via email invoices

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

Ceramic Coating Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for ceramic coating services. This deposit will be applied to the final price on the day of your appointment.

Vehicle Inspection

Before beginning any service, we will conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle to document any pre-existing damage. This ensures clarity and protects both parties.

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is available exclusively through the WinStamp app. Punches will only be awarded if the app is installed and used at the time of service.

Travel Fees

A $45 travel fee will be applied for locations requiring travel beyond 45 minutes from our base of operations.

Additional Policies

Severely Neglected Vehicles: Extra charges may apply for vehicles requiring additional labor due to extreme dirt, pet hair, or odour issues. We will inform you prior to starting the service.

Weather Policy: For safety and quality reasons, mobile detailing services may need to be rescheduled in cases of extreme weather conditions.
